We don’t own a fancy office with massive overheads or have complex middle management liaising between the client and designer.
We predominantly work remotely, allowing us to provide competitive cost on services whilst not compromising design. In addition, working this way enables us to tap into a wider talent pool of UK support, therefore not restricting us to the geographical talent pool in and around a central office location.
All our clients have direct access to our designers and developers, meaning no confusing messages. From the initial brief to the finished design, your message is clear and consistent, coupled with designs that are on point.

01 / What is your typical design process and timeline?
We value efficiency as much as you do. Our process moves through four distinct stages: Discovery & Research, Strategic Concepting, Refinement (Authors Amends), and Final Delivery. A typical branding project usually spans 4–6 weeks, while more complex web or multi-asset projects range from 8–12 weeks. We provide a clear project roadmap at the start so you always know exactly where we are in the journey.
02 / How much will my project cost and what is included?
Transparency is at the heart of how we work. We provide bespoke quotes based on the specific scale and requirements of your project. Whether it’s a brand identity or a full digital build, we provide a clear breakdown of costs upfront. Your quote will include everything from the initial Discovery Phase through to the final delivery of assets, ensuring there are no “hidden fees” for licensing or file exports.
03 / Will I own the copyright to the final designs?
Absolutely. Upon final payment, the full copyright and intellectual property rights for the approved designs are transferred over to you. We believe that if you’ve paid for a professional solution, you should own it outright. We only reserve the right to feature the completed work in our portfolio to showcase the results we’ve achieved together.
04 / Do I need to be based in Essex to work with you?
Not at all. While we are proud of our Essex roots and love meeting local clients face-to-face, we work with brands across the UK and internationally. Our refined remote workflow—using Zoom, Teams, and collaborative tools—ensures that the process is seamless and high-touch, regardless of where your business is headquartered.

No—because we believe in getting it right, not just getting it done. Unlimited revisions are often a sign of a “guess-and-check” approach. With over 20 years of experience, we operate differently. Our process is built on a foundation of thorough research and a high-level Discovery Kick-off Call. We ask the key, deep-dive questions at the start to ensure we fully understand your brief, your market, and your goals.
Because our initial strategy is so precise, we don’t need endless attempts. We provide a structured process of 4 rounds of ‘Authors Amends’ to fine-tune the details. This professional framework ensures we reach the definitive solution quickly, keeping your project on track and protecting the creative integrity of the work.
